Simple food, cooked properly
Oliven started as a six-table room with one oven and a short menu. Ten years on, the oven is bigger, the menu still fits on one page and the recipe is the same: good ingredients, patient fire, nothing hidden.
We buy from farms within an hour of the kitchen and change the menu with the season, so the dish you loved in spring may return in a new form.
